The TETON Sports Hiker 3700 Internal Frame Backpack will exceed your expectations. It’s a rugged, lightweight internal frame backpack that is high-quality and affordable. With a fully adjustable fit in the torso and waist belt. The split wishbone construction at the waist offers a more customizable fit, and thick padded shoulder straps with upper load adjustment help you comfortably carry loads longer. The durable open-cell foam lumbar pad and molded channels provide maximum airflow. The Hiker 3700 is a 60-Liter pack made of 420D 2MM double line ripstop and 600D Oxford canvas to stand up to years of rugged adventuring. Design features include a large sleeping bag compartment, two lower compression straps to hang sleeping bag, tent, or pad externally, and multi-directional compression straps. Standard shipping is free for orders $75 and above—after discounts are applied and before taxes and shipping are calculated—to destinations in the continental 48 US states.

Hi I love the pack, all my gear fits easily. The only question I have is I’m a bigger guy and the lumbar strap across the belly area is a little short. Do y’all make a extender or a longer belt I can purchase

However, we are currently out of stock in the 1.5" webbing. We do have the buckles in stock if you'd like to purchase those. The webbing can be purchased on Amazon. I just did my second trip with the Hiker 3700 and I was quite pleased. The adjustable torso and load lifters make a huge difference. I was loaded with a total of 35 lbs. of gear, food and water and I felt quite comfortable. I had to do rock and boulder scrambles and had no difficulties while wearing this pack. I wish that a few things were a little different on this pack. The pouch on the right hip belt is a little too small. another 25% increase should do the trick. Also the two zip pockets on the pack could also be a bit bigger. Not much bigger but 10-15% more would do it. All in all the pack was great, especially for the money.

I am 43 and this is my first review. I love this backpack. I take my two younger daughters out backpacking. I use high quality sleeping bags not 5lb walmart versions, but I fit 3 sleeping bags 3 sleeping pads cook set up stove food. All of our gear for an over the night trip for 3 people on this BP. I have to use the brain to hold the tent on top and the straps on the bottom to hold a sleeping pad but it holds all of our gear for 3 people!!! I just need to see if Teton can make my legs, back, and lung capacity better. If you have kids and you need to carry extra gear this is for you. Again I never write reviews but I wanted Moms/Dads to know this is an awesome choice. Have fun out there.

Just received my Hiker 3700. This pack is rated at 60L. I have an Explorer 4000 that is rated at 65L. My new Hiker 3700 seems to have as much room as the Explorer 4000 if not more. It rides with a more centered feel to it on my back and the waist belt tightens by pulling forward as opposed to pulling "out" or to the sides. This give me the more secure feeling in the waist. The wishbone style pads on the waist belt do a nice job of riding along the crest of my hips. Lastly, anything is only as good as where you buy it. "Long after the sweetness of low price is gone, the inability to serve will remain." Teton Sports customer service has jumped through hoops to please me and Alexandra was the absolute best! I love you guys. Thank you for really delivering and making a real cynical guy extremely happy!!

This backpack is great for any kind of hiking/backpacking. It is comfortable and has the adjustable fit in the torso and waist belt. It is sturdy and durable but not so heavy that it weighed me down. It is functional and practical with many compartments and plenty of storage. It had everything I needed and more for a great experience.
