I ordered this sleeping bag to do some cold weather camping for two nights with a ScoutsBSA Troop. The first night got down to 23° and the next night it was down to 21°. I wore a lightweight base layer and used a fleece sleeping bag liner and both nights I was toasty warm. I have another Teton Farenheit sleeping bag for warmer temperatures and I would recommend them anytime.

I’ll admit, I have an unhealthy obsession with collecting sleeping bags. I own the 20 degree and 0 degree versions. I appreciate that the lining is made of cotton, opposed to the Celsius versions of this sleeping bag that are lined with polyester.
I prefer the 0 degree bag in 50-60 degree weather. The 20 degree one is ok, but a little thin for me, though my warmer-blooded mother is plenty warm in it. Maybe if I camped in an area south of the U.P. of Michigan or if I had some meat on my bones I would prefer the 20 degree one.
It fits a twin size air mattress perfectly. I actually have the left and right zip versions in hope that one day I can cuddle with a significant other who also enjoys camping. So far no luck, but you never know.
I wouldn’t take it on anything more than car camping as it is pretty big/heavy packed away. The zippers work perfectly and don’t catch. If it had a way to zip to 3 bags, I would probably buy the middle one too, but I will have to make due with the ones I have.
